Gastouni is a town and a former municipality in Elis, West Greece, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality of Andravida-Kyllini, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 162.374 km2. Gastouni is situated in the northern part of Elis, on the left bank of the Pineios river, 8 km southwest of Pyrgos, 33 km east of Zacharo, 37 km northeast of Kyparissia and 210 km west of Athens.
