Dudhnoi is a town and a municipal board in Goalpara district in the state of Assam, India. It is located 80 km from Guwahati, the capital of Assam.

The town is known for its historical significance. It was the capital of the Koch kingdom during the 16th and 17th centuries. The Koch kingdom was a powerful kingdom that ruled over much of Assam and Bengal.

Today, Dudhnoi is a bustling town with a population of over 20,000 people. It is a major commercial centre for the region and is also home to a number of educational institutions.
